Interior Remodelling & Fit-out
A recent renovation project involved major structural changes to the back of a house, including the installation of an engineered R.S.J. steel beam to create a new opening. A picture frame window measuring 2000mm x 900mm was also installed to bring in more natural light. New door openings were created to accommodate a new hallway, which led to a newly fitted kitchen. For added convenience, a pocket door was installed to save space. The renovation also included the installation of a new gas boiler, as well as all electrical and plumbing work required. Carpentry and plastering were also carried out to complete the project. Finally, laminate flooring was fitted throughout the renovated space, allowing for a cohesive and modern look. Overall, the renovation successfully integrated structural changes with updated aesthetic features to enhance the functionality and appearance of the house.
